I have learned a lot in this class but one of the most informative things that we have done was go to PSP3. I am interested in going into athletic training and hearing Nate speak was really helpful in my decision. What he said on exercise science and his journey to where he is today was really interesting. And the way his program worked with being personable with the athlete and building that relationship is what all trainers should do. All in all, I believe that going to PSP3 was a very valuable experience, and I will be taking what I learned into account with my future.
